Q. Why do I need to create an account?

- We recommend you to create an account so that your measurements and addresses are saved in our database. The next time you log in, all you have to do is design your shirt and select your payment option, before checking out. If your measurements change, you can log in anytime and edit them as required. You can also view your order history for past purchases and current purchase status.



Q. How do I create an account?

- You can simply register using your social profiles or email account. Use referral link sent by your friend to earn ₹200 discount voucher and one registered, invite your friend with your unique id to earn 500 TST Play Points.

 

Q. What types of payment methods are available? 

- The Shirt Theory offers safe credit/debit card payment from: 
         VISA
         MasterCard
         American Express (Amex)
     & Cash On Delivery

 

Q. Do you store card information? 

- NOO! We do not store any credit/debit card information. Your payment details are encrypted and sent to the payment gateway for billing. At no point is this information stored by us.

 

Q. Is there any extra amount such as transaction fee?

- You will not be charged extra apart from the cost of the product, for online payments made through credit/debit cards. However, COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be charged extra.

 

Q. How do I take my measurement? 

- We advice you to take a look at our sizing page to learn everything you need to know. With the help of a measuring tape and few minutes you will find out the best fit for you. However, we are always there to help you out. Book an web appointment after the check out process and we will find the best fit for you if you.

 

Q. Can I cancel/modify my orders?

- Each shirt is individually hand-cut and stitched as per your comfortable fit. We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it.

Q. I have made a mistake in my order. What do I do now?

- If you would like to make any changes, please contact the customer service team as soon as possible by phone or email. If your order has already been processed we will not be able to cancel it. However, you can alter the size by notifying us within 24-48 hrs and returning it to us within 4-5 business days. Kindly note, at any condition refund will not be provided.

Q. How long will it take to process and deliver the order? 

- Our products are specially handcrafted in India. We choose our suppliers very carefully by controlling their impact on both environment and human health.

The processing time for orders varies depending on the items in the order. The processing time may take upto 5-7 business days.

Regardless of where you have ordered from, an indicative time period for your shirt to reach you is 14 days for domestic fabrics and 21 days for international bespoke fabrics from the time your order is confirmed. Of course, this is dependent on our courier partners as well.

 

Q. Can I track my order?

- We will notify you at each stage of the processing. You can always track it login in to your account.

 

Q. Is there any delivery charges?

- All the delivery within India is free of cost irrespective of which state you are from. You will be charged a nominal amount for shipping outside India. However, COD (Cash On Delivery) may charge extra.
